TU Delft Campus offers several options for businesses seeking a location. In collaboration with the ASR Dutch Science Fund Park, we’ve developed NEXT, a multi-tenant building designed for scaling businesses and SMEs. NEXT provides office and lab spaces along with various meeting facilities such as a conference center, co-working and community spaces, and catering facilities. The first phase of NEXT opened in the latter half of 2022, with plans for a second phase underway, adding another 10,000 square meters to the building.
Additionally, businesses have the opportunity to acquire plots on the southern end of the campus to construct their own accommodations. Furthermore, TU Delft Campus has partnered with the Municipality of Delft to offer access to local accommodations like the Schieoevers and Delftech business parks.
