BalPol IV

In the summer of 2023, DUWO started construction of BalPol IV, a new student complex on campus. First, TU Delft prepared the land for construction in June 2023.

BalPol IV is home to 136 student flats and a 300 sqm common room in a covered outdoor area. What’s more, the building is all-electric and features a thick building envelope to ensure at least energy label A or A+. The green roof contributes to biodiversity and provides cooling. The façade is fitted with bat boxes.
