In the summer of 2023, DUWO will start construction of BalPol IV, a new student complex on campus. First, TU Delft will start preparing the land for construction from June 2023.

BalPol IV will be home to 136 student flats and a 300 sqm  common room in a covered outdoor area. What’s more, the building will be all-electric and feature a thick building envelope to ensure at least energy label A or A+. The green roof will contribute to biodiversity and provide cooling. The façade will be fitted with bat boxes.
