For International Women’s Day, let’s give wings to our desire to be brave and successfully overcome challenging experiences.

YES!Delft and Female Ventures experts will share their tricks to help you cope with difficulties and adapt to changes. Through short exercises, they will arm you with techniques and show you how to integrate challenges into your lives. Speakers

Vassia Sarantopoulou is the Founder, CEO, and Head Psychologist of AntiLoneliness, a company that offers mental health services in The Netherlands and worldwide. She will talk to us about entrepreneurs’ unhelpful habits and mindset: comparisons, fear of failure, self-judgment, and how to reverse that to more helpful behavior.

Dagmar Hopf is the leadership coach and counsellor at her business Sevenbirds and an Online psychologist at OpenUp, an Amsterdam-based mental healthcare scale-up. With more than 20 years of experience, she knows all about practical strategies to enhance your resilience at work.

Parya Lotfi is the co-founder and CEO of DuckDuckGoose and has a background in systems engineering and policy analysis. By combining her technical skills with her knowledge of Grand Challenges, she applies an interdisciplinary approach to identify dangers caused by deepfakes.

Aleksandra Worbel brings a broad international experience in strategy and finance in established companies and start-ups. She managed several successful funding rounds for start-ups and scale-ups. Aleksandra is also a passionate Professional Coach for individuals and organizations, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
