With the current shortages on the labor market in the Netherlands (121 vacancies for 100 people), start- and scale-ups can not depend on just hiring local talent. In order to grow, they often need to attract talents from abroad. What are the bests ways of doing so and what should you consider when hiring internationals?
During this interactive meet-up, Sasja Heijman from InnovationQuarter and Gerko Visée from The Hague International Center will touch upon topics like where to find talent, employer branding, migration routes, and remote hiring.
